ID4 stands for Initiation, Definition, Description, Development and Devolvement.
Initiation:
This stage includes:
Identification of the offshore and onshore team.
Defining service levels and standards
Defining communication channels and norms,
Establishing the benchmarks for success.
Definition:
Processes in this stage include:
Efforts to elicit analyze and explicitly document the requirements of the project.
Establish a thought process in the Client’s organization to translate the same into an effective IT strategy.
Description
This stage of the project includes activities such as:
Planning and documenting the activities needed to realize the predefined requirements.
Mapping out of software product size, schedules, content, development milestones and associated deliverables.
Comprehensive Quality Assurance and Risk Management plans are formulated.
Development:
This stage is entirely managed by CTech and involves:
Translating strategy and specified requirements into reality.
Provision of a project site to facilitate collaboration and communication with concerned people.
Client sign offs at major milestones
Testing of the product.
Devolvement
This phase rounds off the assignment. Newer and future strategies are defined. All documentation and support and training are provided. Ongoing maintenance and update schedules are mapped out.
